A Regina man did not go quietly when police tried to arrest him for theft.
It all began Saturday night when police were called to the 4300 block of Dewdney Avenue, west of McCarthy Boulevard.
When they got there police arrested a woman, but the man fled on bicycle.
The man eventually go off the bike and began running.
He eventually started running through backyards and eventually ran through a house, going in the back door and running out the front.
He was eventually caught with the help of a police dog.
After he was treated for what police called minor injuries, he was released and taken into police custody.
John Michael Cyr, 20 is charged with theft as well as resisting arrest and break and enter.
Misty Cyr, 22 is charged with theft and a probation violation.
Both appeared in court Monday morning.
