An 18 year old man was arrested on a Canada wide warrant Friday morning in Regina.
It all began when police were called to the 3500 block of Dewdney Avenue, west of Elphinstone Street about an assault.
While they were looking in to the assault police began talking to the man and eventually found out that he had a warrant out for his arrest.
The man was arrested after a brief struggle.
Aiden Josie, is charged with resisting arrest and also faces charges related to the warrant.
Josie will make his first court appearance Monday morning.
