Weyburn Red Wings relocate to Assiniboia due to second ammonia leak

The Red Wings will host the Kindersley Klippers in Assiniboia on Friday.
Anyone interested in seeing inside the new Mosaic Stadium will get that chance next month.
The City of Regina is holding a second stadium project “Sneak Peek” event for those wanting to witness the progress on the $278 million building.
The event is taking place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on September 3. Admission is free, however non-perishable food items and cash donations are welcome as those will benefit the Regina Food Bank.
The “Sneak Peek” will include an opportunity for the public to access both the east and northeast concourse of the stadium, take special photos, and learn more about the facility.
While this event takes place, the portion of Elphinstone Street adjacent to the stadium site, as well as a portion of 10th Avenue, will be closed to vehicles from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
