The final show of The Tragically Hip’s “Man Machine Poem” tour plays Saturday in Kingston, Ontario.
It’ll most likely be the band’s last show ever after lead singer Gord Downie was diagnosed earlier this year with glioblastoma, an agressive and incurable form of brain cancer.
While the tour did not stop in Saskatchewan, there are places in the province to watch a live stream of the band’s final performance.
The show starts at 6:30 p.m. Sask. time, with viewing parties being held in Saskatoon, Regina and Prince Albert.
In Saskatoon, fans can watch the show at Capitol Music Club and the Roxy Theatre. In Regina, they can take it all in on the big screen at the Kramer Imax Theatre.
The Prince Albert Brewing Company will also hold a viewing party as well.
