A 16-year-old driver was taken to hospital early Monday morning after a collision on Ruth Street at Dufferin Avenue.
Emergency crews were called to the scene just before 5 a.m. after a vehicle travelling west on Ruth Street hit a parked car and came to a stop against a nearby house.
Police said there was very little damage to the home; however, both vehicles were damaged extensively.
A 16-year-old girl was the driver and lone occupant of the westbound vehicle.
She has been charged with driving without due care and attention.
Police said her injuries are believed to be minor.
