The garbage truck picked up a man along with the trash during a stop in the Uplands neighbourhood in Regina.
During the pickup on Ross Avenue East on Monday, a person in the area started flagging down the truck driver because a man was on top of the garbage truck.
A 44-year-old man was apparently inside the dumpster and got tossed into the truck. He was taken to hospital with minor injuries. Police will not lay any charges.
