At approximately 12:30 p.m., officers attempted to arrest a man walking in the area of Hall Street West and 5th Avenue NW. Police said he was wanted on several charges.
According to a news release, when officers approached him he started running. A foot chase ensued, and the man eventually stopped and pulled out a knife.
