Maidstone RCMP have arrested a 40-year-old man for drinking and driving after a rollover northeast of Marshall, Sask.
Maidstone RCMP say they responded to a single vehicle roll over on Range Road 3263 in the rural municipality of Wilton on Sunday, Sept. 12 northeast of Marshall.
Lashburn Fire Dept and the Lloydminster Rescue Squad were also on the scene.
RCMP say they found a car on its roof in the west ditch.
A 40-year-old male was arrested for Impaired Operations of a Motor Vehicle.
RCMP say there were no injuries.
RCMP say formal charges are expected to be laid.
