Some farmers around Saskatchewan are getting a bit of a reprieve from the soggy weather they’ve been accustomed to for the last week and a half roughly.
In Saskatchewan Agriculture’s weekly crop report, it was revealed rain did indeed slow down progress for many across the province, with harvest at 38 per cent completion.
That’s a little behind the five-year average of 44 per cent.
Now that the sun is out, farmers can get back out on their fields.
