O'Day discusses Trevor Harris and changes to be made to get the Riders back to the Grey Cup.
It looks like the Saskatoon Blades picked up a new player on their bus ride to B.C.
The Blades traded for forward Caleb Fantillo from Medicine Hat in exchange for a 6th round pick in 2019.
“We’ve been looking to add some depth to our 1998 group and we’re excited to add Caleb. He brings grit and intensity to our lineup and we feel there is some untapped offensive upside to his game based on his history of scoring prior to the WHL,” said Blades GM Colin Priestner.
The 18-year-old right winger from Coquitlam, B.C has 2 assists so far this season for the Tigers.
“We would like to thank Caleb for his contributions to the Tigers on and off the ice,” said Shaun Clouston, head coach and general manager of the Tigers in a press release. “We wish him the bests with his new team in Saskatoon.”
Saskatoon opens a road trip out west tomorrow against Kelowna.
