The man accused of killing a mother-of-one in a drunk driving crash last weekend is out on bail.
Brendan Sugar is facing a number of conditions including abstaining from drugs and alcohol, a curfew and a ban on driving.
He must also pay a $1000.
Sugar is charged with impaired driving causing death in connection with 25-year-old Adrienne Daigneault.
Police believe Daigneault was a passenger in a Kia Spectra that was stopped at a red light on Albert Street and 25 Ave. at 3:00 a.m. on Saturday.
The investigation shows the Kia was hit from behind by a northbound Dodge Journey traveling at a high rate of speed.
Daigneault leaves behind a fiancé and a young son.
Sugar returns to court Nov. 3.
