A collision that knocked out power in parts of Saskatoon has led to charges.
Police were called around 10:30 a.m. Saturday morning after a car struck a fence and several hydro poles in an ally in the 100 block of Avenue O south.
A highly intoxicated 47-year-old male was not injured in the crash and has been charged with impaired driving.
Power was fully restored around 1:50 p.m. in the afternoon.
Police said in the release that the man will appear in court later this month.
