The latest happened Friday around 1:45 pm on Wiggins Avenue South.
At least two men, one wearing a ski mask and armed with a knife forced their way into the home.
The suspects searched the home for prescription drugs and cash before running from the scene.
The victim was treated for minor injuries.
Yesterday afternoon, police received a call from a woman inside a house in the 100 block of Avenue T South.
She claimed three men wearing masks, one armed with a machete, had forced their way inside.
They demanded narcotic medication and then searched the home before stealing a small amount of property.
No arrests have been made in either case.
