An early morning accident has claimed the life of a young man in Saskatoon.
Troy Davies with MD Ambulance said paramedics were called at around 8:40 a.m. Wednesday.
A large piece of concrete fell off the back of a truck onto the man in a back alley on Tache Crescent in the Pacific Heights neighbourhood.
The victim, who has not been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Saskatoon police were still on the scene as of 11:30 a.m. working with Occupational Health and Safety and the Coroner’s Office.
