It was a cold night in Yorkton last Monday, Dec. 5 when several people tried a home invasion, according to RCMP.
Police said the incident happened around 10:30 p.m. at a home in southeast Yorkton.
Several people wearing sweaters with hoods and bandanas reportedly tried to get into the home, demanding money.
The people inside the home managed to keep the would-be theives out, but one person was seriously hurt in the process.
