A 42-year-old man from Moose Jaw has found himself in trouble with Regina police.
Police said Wayne Kenith Ransom is facing two charges of break and enter, in addition to breach charges, after two early morning incidents in the area of 6th Avenue East.
Police said around 2:48 a.m. on Jan. 4, a canine officer saw a suspicious vehicle parked in a business parking lot in the 100 block of 6th Avenue East.
The officer saw a man exit the business compound before walking north to another compound on the 1100 block of MacDonald Street.
Police said the man was taken into custody and that evidence gathered by a police dog showed the man had been inside the compounds.
Ransom was bound by a recognizance and an undertaking to keep the peace.
He faces two charges of break and enter, one charge of breach of recognizance and breach of undertaking.
He appeared in court in the afternoon of Jan. 4.
