Saskatoon police have identified a person of interest in the city’s first murder of 2017.
Officers said 27-year-old Daniel Forest needs to be located and questioned.
Forest is believed to be operating a 2001 Red 4 door Ford Explorer.
Before midnight on Jan. 11, police found a 45-year-old man who appeared to have been assaulted. The man died of his injuries after being taken to Royal University Hospital for treatment.
The victim has not been named by officials at the request of his family.
