Charges are pending for one man after a fight at an apartment in the 1800 block of Avenue D North.
Around 3 p.m. Saturday an argument between a group of men turned violent when one assaulted two others with a baseball bat.
The two men, in their 40s and 50s, got to another suite in the building and were able to call 911.
Both were taken to hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say the suspect left the scene before they arrived.
