A man is being accused of setting fire to a Regina business last summer.
Police arrested and charged Kelly Ryan Powell, 29, on Jan. 12. He allegedly started a blaze at a business on the 1300 block of Saskatchewan Drive – near Broad Street – in the early morning hours of July 4, 2016.
Powell is charged with arson and uttering threats.
Powell made his first court appearance in Regina on Jan. 13.
