But you know it’s all B.S.
Goodell says it would be an honour to hand the trophy over to the Patriots, if they win, and owner Robert Kraft and Bill Belichick and Tom Brady.
Meanwhile, Brady says it would be great to get the trophy because that means they won.
Uh huh. Just like nobody ever feels better about themselves when they see their ex is still single while they’ve moved on to a new partner.
Behind this curtain of professionalism, you know Tom Brady and the Patriots took the punishment handed down by Goodell – labelling them as cheaters – quite personally.
I appreciate their attempt to look friendly but we all know the Patriots egos will be fully inflated as Goodell puts his tail between his legs, crowning those alleged cheaters as Super Bowl Champions.
