The Saskatchewan Rush outscored Calgary 8-3 in the second half on the way to a 15-11 victory Saturday night.
It’s the first road win of the season for the Rush, who pull even with Calgary atop the National Lacrosse League’s West Division.
Mark Matthews led the way with four goals while Ben McIntosh added a hat-trick and Adam Jones scored twice. Robert Church, Matthew Dinsdale, Jeremy Thompson, Adrian Sorichetti, Nik Bilic and Matt Hossack added singles.
Aaron Bold stopped 46 of 57 shots in the victory as the Rush out shot Calgary 58-57.
The Rush are back on the road next week to take on the Rochester Knightawks on Saturday, Feb. 11.
