Three men were arrested and charged after RCMP executed two search warrants in the Stoughton, Sask., area.
RCMP searched a home in the small town, located 60 kilometres east of Weyburn, and a rural residence northeast of Stoughton in the RM of Tecumseh.
The arrests follow a month-long investigation. RCMP Emergency Response Teams from Regina and Manitoba were used to get into the homes.
Dustin Rowlands, 24, of Stoughton and James Thomas, 25, of Edmonton, Alta., are facing a total of nine charges each, including possession of a controlled substance, which RCMP said was fentanyl.
Randy Payton, 25, of Stoughton, is facing 27 charges including possession of fentanyl and careless use of a gun.
All three men appeared in court in Weyburn on Feb. 15 and are in custody until their next scheduled court appearance on Feb. 17 at Regina Provincial Court.
