A Manitoba mother who was the subject of a Canada-wide arrest warrant has been found.
RCMP issued the warrant after Rebecca Mikolash, 36, allegedly failed to to bring her 18-month-old daughter for a scheduled visit with her father. At the time, police were concerned Mikolash might have headed to Alberta.
On Friday, police issued a release saying both Mikolash and her child had both been found safe.
RCMP did not provide any information on whether they would still be pursuing a charge of abducting a child under 14 against Mikolash.
