A medical issue caused damage to multiple vehicles along with a Tim Hortons restaurant on Thatcher Drive East in Moose Jaw.
Police said the driver of a pickup truck had some sort of medical incident Sunday afternoon which caused his vehicle to collide with four parked cars. The truck then crashed into the restaurant and struck a pedestrian.
The driver and pedestrian were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The damage is estimated to be around $100,000.
