A Vietnamese restaurant in Weyburn is now without a roof.
High winds and blizzard conditions have taken off part of the roof of Pho Saigon.
Colin Jones was picking up his wife from work when he saw it happen.
“Just crazy I couldn’t believe it!” Jones said. “The pipe work is left there, but all of the eavestroughs and shingles are taken right off.”
Jones said the town is experiencing high winds, so this doesn’t come as a surprise to him.
“It must be a poor construction because it’s badly torn off,” he said. “With the winds that they (Weyburn) have, about 95 clicks at the moment, you can basically see the wood frame.”
The storm is expected to stick around until late into the evening.
Weyburn is located around 116 kilometres southeast of Regina.
