The search for a missing man has come to a tragic end.
Regina police confirm, on Saturday, the body of Mathew Dahl, 32, was discovered during a search of the area where his vehicle was found.
On March 29, police said a vehicle believed to be driven by Dahl was located in a rural spot northwest of Regina, but his whereabouts were still unknown.
Police said Dahl’s death does not appear to be suspicious.
The Regina Police Service Major Crimes Unit along with the Office of the Chief Coroner is investigating the death.
Dahl went missing from his home on March 8 and was reported missing a couple days later.
