A Regina man is behind the latest earworm and viral YouTube video.
Beep Beep I’m a Sheep has garnered more than 5.6 million views since being published online April 1.
“It’s something that I’ve had in my head for a long time before I inflicted it on the rest of the world,” music composer Todd Bryanton told the CJME Morning Show.
Bryanton composes music for film and television, including the television series Corner Gas. He spent six months working on the music for the latest video with a popular British YouTube personality and an animator from the United States.
“It was fun to do something with all these different people from different countries coming together to work over the internet.”
This isn’t the first collaboration Bryanton has been a part of, but the first one that has gone viral.
“I think there’s a lot of people that I tell I put stuff on YouTube, but they don’t actually get to see or hear what I do,” he said. “People I know and my neighbours and stuff like that finally get to see what I do so it’s been a lot of fun.”
