Two people are in custody after SWAT was called to a home in North Central Regina.
The arrests are a result of an ongoing investigation into a recent firearms offence.
Investigators identified suspects and determined they were in a home on the 1000 block of Argyle Street.
Due to a potential of guns being present, the request was made for emergency services teams to help assist police.

Teams arrived at the residence around noon and at 12:30 p.m. one adult man and one youth boy exited the house and were safely taken into custody.
Three dogs that were in the house were safely removed and handed over to the care of Animal Protection Services.
Police are conducting a search of the home.
