While released on bail under strict instructions, alleged cocaine trafficker Kole Michael Marchant was arrested for the second time.
On April 21, the Prince Albert Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit (CFSEU) with the assistance of RCMP, executed a search warrant at a rural location near P.A.
CFSEU investigators seized 246 grams of cocaine, four grams of marijuana and $3,000 in cash.
Marchant, 28, is charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of proceeds obtained by crime under $5,000 and two counts of breaching a court order.
Marchant will appear in Prince Albert Provincial Court on Monday.
The alleged trafficker was charged in November 2016, after a five-month investigation by CFSEU.
He was charged with multiple offences, including conspiracy to traffic cocaine.
Marchant was granted bail, under which he was required to wear an electronic ankle monitoring bracelet, prohibited from using a cell phone or computer, or contacting any of the six co-accused arrested during the same investigation.
