Four teenage boys have been accused of shooting at a home with a pellet gun.
Officers were called to a home on the 1600 block of Rae Street around 5:20 p.m. on Tuesday. Police said the owner of the home reported something had broken her window and she witnessed suspects running into a nearby house.
According to police, the group had gotten into a confrontation when one of the teens allegedly tried to shoot someone with the pellet gun, only to have it fail. Police said the victim was able to get away. That’s when it’s alleged someone shot the pellet gun towards the home, breaking the window.
The four teens, aged 13 to 16, were arrested without incident and were all charged with assault with a weapon, mischief under $5,000 and discharging an air pistol with intent.
Three of the teens were also charged with breaches.
The teens all appeared in Youth Court on Wednesday morning.
