Saskatoon police are looking for two youths suspected of robbing a convenience store.
Police were called to the Mac’s store at 430 Russell Road around 11 p.m. Tuesday following a report of a robbery.
Clerks told officers that two boys came into the store, one of them armed with a sword. A third suspect reportedly kept watch outside.
The two teens took off with cash and cigarettes, according to police.
A police K9 unit was called in, but was unable to track the suspects.
Police are looking for a 16 or 17-year-old boy, between five feet, eight inches and five feet ten inches tall with a heavy build.
He was reportedly wearing a black sweater with a white undershirt, white cargo pants and a white-and-grey Blue Jays baseball cap, with a white bandana covering his face.
The second suspect was described as a 12 to 15-year-old boy, about five feet, five inches tall with a thin build.
He was reportedly wearing a white sweater and black pants and had a black bandana over his face.
Police had no description for the third suspect alleged to have kept watch outside the store.
No injuries were reported.
