Power was knocked out in a chunk of Regina Thursday morning.
SaskPower tweeted out an outage was affecting the east and north sides of the city.
People have also told 980 CJME the traffic lights at Ring Road and Ross Avenue are out.
SaskPower said parts of the downtown area has been affected as well.
As of 11:47 a.m., power had been restored to all areas in the city. SaskPower said due to the size of the outage, it is believed one of the transmission poles or line was affected.
SaskPower does not know what caused it.
