An Alberta man facing charges for numerous break and enters in Saskatchewan is now facing over 100 charges from break-ins across western Canada.
Police in Moosomin arrested 52-year-old Joseph Ronald Palmer in August after reports of a break-in to a local business.
Since then, RCMP has laid 135 charges related to thefts in break-ins from homes and businesses in Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia and Manitoba. The charges include theft of a vehicle, arson, mischief and possession of a firearm.
Seventy-five of the charges are related to incidents in Saskatchewan and span across 24 jurisdictions.
Palmer is in custody in Saskatchewan and will appear in a Yorkton court on June 16.
