An $899 ticket to start the weekend for one driver caught by Regina police on Friday going more than double the speed limit.
Regina police say the officer clocked the driver going 132 kilometres per hour.
The province introduced heavier fines for construction zones in 2012. Fines triple for speeding in an orange zone.
