Another 51-year-old man, Edward Joseph Genaille, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder on May 8. At the time, police said they believed more people were involved.
Regina police said an investigation with homicide detectives in Winnipeg helped identify three more suspects.
Two of them, who were in Winnipeg police custody on unrelated matters, were arrested Wednesday.
Christopher Matthew Brass, 34, and Malcolm Mitchell, 25, both from Winnipeg, were charged with first-degree murder.
They are scheduled to appear in Regina court by video Friday afternoon.
