A man was arrested following a traffic stop in Moose Jaw early Monday morning.
Moose Jaw police stopped a vehicle around 12:30 a.m. at the corner of Fourth Avenue Northeast and Fairford Street East.
According to police, officers – including canine – had to chase the driver after he fled on foot.
Approximately $5,000 worth of crystal meth and cocaine was allegedly found inside the vehicle.
The driver was charged with possession of crystal meth and cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, resisting arrest and breach of recognizance.
He will appear in court Monday.
