School’s out for the summer – and with it, a number of expensive teaching tools.
More than $28,000 worth of equipment was reported stolen from schools across the province between September 2016 and April 2017.
According to the Ministry of Education, there were 14 confirmed cases of equipment losses from schools in Saskatchewan during that time.
The stolen items range from laptops to projectors and cameras.
Cash was also stolen from a school in the Regina Catholic School Division.
