Police in Prince Albert have found the eight-year-old girl who was abducted Tuesday night and she is safely in the custody of police.
An Amber Alert that had been issued shortly before 8 p.m. Tuesday by the Prince Albert Police Service was cancelled a little under an hour later around 9 p.m.
There is no information from police where exactly the girl was found.
The man has been arrested.
Police said the girl had been playing alone in a playground in the Crescent Acres area of Prince Albert. The man entered the playground alone and hung around for about fifteen minutes. The girl was seen leaving the playground and the man followed.
The man was then seen talking to the little girl against a school wall. He then grabbed the girl and put her into the back seat of his car. He then drove away.
