A driver of a minivan has been charged for disobeying a yield sign after a Regina Transit bus swerved to avoid a collision on Saturday morning.
Regina police were called to Argyle Street and 3rd Avenue around 11:01 a.m. and found that the bus, which was traveling westbound on 3rd Avenue, swerved and hit a tree to avoid the minivan, which was traveling southbound on Argyle Street.
People inside both the bus and the minivan were treated for minor injuries on the scene.
