A 43-year-old man remains in hospital in stable condition after being stabbed Sunday evening.
Police were called around 5:25 p.m. after a fight broke out in the 1200 block of McTavish Street.
Nathan Fox, 23, is now facing an aggravated assault charge, and another involving failing to comply with a probation order.
He makes his first court appearance Tuesday.
