The Saskatchewan Roughriders are off this weekend but did make a trade with Hamilton.
In exchange for defensive end Mike McAdoo, Saskatchewan sent receiver Ricky Collins to the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, along with a seventh-round drafter pick in the 2018 CFL Draft to the Ti-Cats.
Collins was injured in the Riders season opener after scoring two touchdowns in 2016.
McAdoo has not yet played this season. Since turning pro in 2011, the 27-year-old has played with the NFL’s Baltimore Ravens and Dallas Cowboys.
The six foot, seven inches tall, 250 pound defensive end spent the last two weeks on the Ti-Cats practice roster after signing with the team on Aug 7.
In 2013, the Tennessee native played two games for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers where he registered one tackle and one quarterback sack.
