Hot weather in late August has resulted in another peak power use record for SaskPower.
SaskPower reports 3,470 megawatts was used Monday, when Regina broke a weather record at 35.5 C.
This isn’t the first time a power use record has been broken this year.
The previous record of 3,419megawatts was set on July 27, which shattered a record from July 2015.
