A semi truck rolled into the ditch from the Ring Road exit onto Albert Street North early Wednesday morning.
Regina police were called out at 4:30 a.m. after the truck rolled onto its side in the ditch while taking the north bound exit ramp from the west bound lane of Ring Road.
Traffic was blocked on that exit ramp throughout the morning rush hour. Regina fire crews were still on the scene at 7:30 a.m. There was no timeline provided on how long it would take to clean up.
