A 41-year-old man from the Ochapawace First Nation is dead after a hit-and-run on Saturday.
The Broadview RCMP detachment and Whitewood Ambulance were called out at 7:30 p.m. to respond to a pedestrian who had been hit by a vehicle.
Police said the driver fled the scene on a grid road about one kilometre north of the Ochapawace First Nation. To date, no arrest has been reported.
The name of the man killed in the collision is not being released publicly.
