A Weyburn man charged with sexual assault is also charged with breaching conditions from previous charges.
The 37-year-old was charged in 2014 with assault and forcible confinement, according to Weyburn police.
Now he’s charged once again with sexual assault and forcible confinement, along with the breach of release conditions.
Police said they got a call on Thursday last week, and after an investigation, arrested the man without incident.
The man’s name isn’t being released to protect the identity of the victim.
