If you’re not interested in this Riders / Stampeders game, you must not be a football fan.
I can’t keep track of the storylines. Let’s see…
Duron Carter gets in a fight and now he’s playing defensive back against the best quarterback in the league.
Chad Owens is making his Riders debut after 17 weeks of waiting and wondering if he’d ever suit up in green and white.
Cameron Marshall makes his return the lineup after six weeks of the Riders struggling to find a consistent running game without him.
Dan Clark is back on the offensive line, facing a defence that has sacked Riders’ quarterbacks 10 times in the span of two previous games.
Oh and the Riders need a win to clinch a playoff spot and can make a heck of a statement about their Grey Cup odds by beating the Stamps in Calgary.
I’ve probably missed a few other storylines.
Good thing we have four hours to cover them all off before kickoff.
I can’t wait for kickoff, it’s going to be a fun night.
