Instead of just serving coffee and baked goods, the Robin’s Donuts on Albert Street and Saskatchewan Drive also served up cash after an armed robbery.
That’s according to Regina police, who said a man went into the business Friday around 9:10 p.m. and asked an employee for a cup of coffee before pointing a handgun at her and demanding money.
The man swiped $100 and then ran away.
The employee wasn’t hurt and the suspect hasn’t been found.
