The 19th annual Canadian Pacific Holiday Train rolled into the Queen City Saturday night.
Hundreds came out to look at the train, which is decked out in Christmas lights.
Country singers Terri Clark, Dallas Smith and Kelly Prescott are travelling along with the train, performing Christmas carols at each stop.
The Holiday Train program was launched in 1999 with an aim of raising awareness and funds for local food banks.
Since the program was launched, its raised more than $13 million and four million pounds of food for communities along CP’s routes in Canada and the United States.
The next stop for the Holiday Train was Moose Jaw. The train rolled in at 7:45 p.m. at 3 Manitoba Street West, just west of the CP station.
