Two people from Regina are facing numerous attempted murder charges after allegedly injuring seven people inside a home in the 600 block of Montague Street last November.
According to police, the call came in around 3:42 a.m. on Nov. 17, 2017 saying people inside the house were seriously injured.
When officers arrived, two men and a woman were taken to hospital with multiple stab and gunshot wounds. Another man was found a few hours later, along with two men and a woman, who police believe were inside the home during the incident but fled the scene before crews arrived.
The first suspect, a 23-year-old man from Regina was arrested on Dec. 14, 2017. The second, a 17-year-old young man from Regina was taken into custody Dec. 20, 2017.
Both of the accused are facing three counts of attempt to commit murder and four counts of attempt to commit murder using a firearm. Each suspect made their first court appearance a day after their arrest.
Police continue to investigate.
