Police search for woman with Sask.-wide arrest warrant

Regina police are reaching out to the public for help in locating a woman with a Saskatchewan-wide arrest warrant.

Jessica Pangman, 29, is described as a 5’4″ tall Indigenous woman, who’s approximately 160 pounds with long, straight brown hair and brown eyes.

She has her ears and nose pierced, three tattoos — one on her right ankle of a heart with the caption “Jessica,” another of her initials in cursive on her upper right arm, and a third on her left upper arm of the Japanese symbol for love.

Pangman is wanted for breach of undertaking and breach of recognizance.
